DTDC Tracking | Track Courier Consignment Status

I am Mrs VinIkrishna PR, presently residing at Jodhpur Rajasthan. My complaint is against the rude behaviour of a DTDC courier agent. On 30 May 15 around 1600 hrs one of the DTDC courier agent visited my home(1019/1 sahu enclave AF station jodhpur 342011 ) to deliver consignment No Z56848371. At that time I was alone at home, he handed over the package to me and started writing down something on a document which he was carrying, mean while i tried to open the package. Suddenly he started shouting at me saying that "who told you to open the package?You've got no rights to open it and i am not responsible...
