DTDC Curier Address in Bangalore

Courier Num Z559533764. Sent from Chandigarh to Bangalore. I have no idea what DTDC is doing about their service. I have not received this courier which has been sent before a week time.
This is truely disgusting to see no response over calls and emails. Is it what is expected from your services?
