today i.e 29 may 2015 at around 11:30 am i called up DTDC Regional
Office, Naraina, to know my complaint status of complaint no. 309462
which i raised on 7th of may 2015. i was not really updated about my
complaint and also it was closed as null even after repeated calls and e
mails to them. today when i called then first a lady consumer care
executive talked with me. i told her to kindly transfer my call to the
supervisor then she handed over the call to Mr. Nitya Jena after 2 or 3
mintues. He was too rude when i was telling him my problem. first he
said i know nothing about this issue so i cannot...
